Who are we?

Empowered Expression Coaching is a performance and public speaking coaching service offering a diverse range of training to individuals, schools and companies through a variety of mediums and formats.

Our offerings may expand broad but the core of our mission remains the same across the board: To coach people to acquire the practical skills needed to express themselves confidently and authentically and to communicate their message powerfully – from a place of inner empowerment and celebration of their unique self expression.

What do we offer?

The services we offer reflect our utilisation of the different mediums available to help as many different people as we can to do this. That looks like:

  • Proving LAMDA Exam Lessons for children both 1:1 online and in person group sessions, as well as bringing LAMDA lessons into schools                             

  • Public Speaking Coaching for adults in both online 1:1 and in person group settings

  • Providing bespoke Coaching and Training Packages to corporate companies tailored to an array of public speaking and communication coaching needs 

  •  Acting technique and audition prep coaching for actors                                  

Our Mission

Whoever you are, everyone wants to be able to hold themselves confidently and be heard and understood. whether you’re an actor, a lawyer, an 8 year old, a teacher, a CEO, a parent, an athlete, a dog walker, a teen, a tech analyst, every single one of our experiences in life are defined by the way we are able to express ourselves and our ability to confidently show up and communicate as the best, most authentic version of ourselves.

At Empowered Expression Coaching, we work in a way that not only equips you with the practical skills and tools needed to perform or present yourself confidently and engagingly externally (even when under pressure or dealing with nerves), but also builds confidence from the inside out – harnessing the power of our minds and self-perception.

We don’t just want to teach people how to speak well and confidently - we want to also help them become more free, more authentically expressed and more alive in their communication.

Meet our founder and Lead Coach Laura

Laura is a professional actor who trained at RADA and has since worked across theatre and film, including projects on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Over the past 6 years, Laura has been following her other calling of uplifting and empowering others (both children and adults alike)  to learn how to fulfil their potential as performers, public speakers and communicators.

With an emphasis on inner empowerment , Laura uses her expertise of what makes an engaging , compelling performer (and the practical techniques and skills required to do this in any setting) with the mindset work needed to positively shape our self-perception and authentic sense of self-expression. This is what informs the energy and intention with which we show up to speak and be seen, and ultimately the impact we have on our audience.

This approach works for any person in any situation where they are required to communicate something confidently, engagingly and with heart & authenticity.  Laura loves getting to coach a variety of different people through different mediums and settings all with the intention to give people the practical skills and tools they need to perform and communicate at a high level (handling doing so under pressure and nerves) and to tap into the superpower that is empowered self expression.

Currently Laura lead coaches on most of our services whilst growing her team of coaches in order to reach as many people as possible.
